TRAVEL

Every Mission Trip requires travel. Travel is fun, full of adventure and new sights and it is also exhausting. My team mates were wonderful travelers, luggage haulers, walkers, enduring uncomfortable hardships and listening to "my life story....ha ha testimonies! I love them! Sean is an excellent "other side of the road" driver. He kept us safe and listened to our telling him what to do....and our occasional gasps as he drove over mountains with no guardrails!

Villages

I love the sights of villages. Their homes. Their lives. Their food. Us and them....together. Beautiful.

Worship!

Worship in South Africa. Voices. Prayers. Singing. Children. Dancing before the Lord. Bare feet. Listening ears. Open hearts. My tears....Nora's tears....Karin's tears....(yep....if one of us starts....)

Orphanage

What a wonderful visit with these children. We blessed them with toys and play then a bible story also a little painting fun. Perhaps for a short time they were unburdened and loved.

Women's Teachings

I was able to teach my lesson on Hannah at 4 different locations with many testimonies embedded of how God has walked before me. Beautiful women hungry for the word of God and for practical ways to live, love their husbands and families. We also decorated fans with sharpie color and beautiful sticky jewels. In a metal building, Under a tree and in a very primitive style building.....loved it all.

Our Team!

Our team was; Sean, Karin, Kim and Nora. Member was our wonderful interpreter! Small team....big plans! Many talents! Our Interpreter! ...
